We were given the task at AdEase to redesign City Wok‘s to-go containers. Their current containers had a pretty standard design: logo, tag and website. It isn’t horrible but I decided to approach this as more of a fashion/showy feel.

Inspired by the patterns displayed on higher-end purses, I came up with this. Now imagine showing up to a potluck with a few of these, it would look pretty slick, at least I think so.

Seriously though, I’m heading out to get some Chinese… seriously. No, for real. Like right, now after I sign off.

My boss at AdEase learned last minute she was going to fly out to London to catch the Charger vs. Saints game. This meant I had a bit over an hour to comp up some fun banners for her and her crew to hold up. I didn’t care, I was designing fun Charger stuff. I tried really hard to see if I could see them during the game but didn’t catch a glimpse of them. Too bad we didn’t win that one, I did get a kick mocking up a double-decker with a Charger bolt wrapped around it. Ah the fun stuff we get to do.

During this financial crisis one of our clients, at AdEase, in northern California wanted us to create some last minute ads. Since Pacific Service Credit Union is not a bank, they aren’t effected by the whole situation as much.

Going back to the T.V. spot and using the Americana/Family look and feel, they wanted to show the advantage of membership in their credit union. We developed three ads, this was the one I came up with. It was done under the gun but I’m pretty happy with the results.

We just got the go-ahead with this campaign’s visual language for their Q4 point-of-purchase. The rest to come.
